Chelan Ca is a product rich in calcium and nitrogen, in partly chelate (EDTA) form. At the same time, it is a source of trace elements, which guarantees the normal growth and fruitage of crops.
Moreover, it contains bioactive agents (proteins, aminoacids and carbohydrates) in order to utilise the effectiveness of the fertiliser and to correct calcium deficiencies.
Significant, is also the impact of calcium in the prolongation of the post harvest conservation period and the protection it presents against abnormalities due to calcium deficiency (eg. ‘bitter pit’ at apples, ‘end rot’ in tomatoes, peppers, etc).

Foliar: 200 – 400 cc / 100 lt of water. Fertigation: 1 – 2 lt / 1000m2
Foliar: 200 – 300 cc / 100 lt of water, when colouring starts, in order to prevent fission of the fruits.
Apples: (2-5 applications overall).
1st application: 150 -200 cc / 100 lt of water after fruit setting.
Recurrent applications are practiced with 200 – 300 cc / 100 lt of water, in order to prevent abnormalities.
Vegetables (tomato – pepper – cucumber – egg plant):
1st application is practised with 200 – 400 cc / 100 lt of water after fruit setting.
Follow applications at the same dosage as above.
Fertigations: 1 – 2 lt / 1000m2 at the same periods as above.
For greenhouses the lowest rates are recommended.
Watermelon – Melon:
1st application: 200 – 400 cc / 100 lt of water after fruit setting and follow applications after each fruit setting at the same dosages.
Fertigations: 2 – 3 lt / 1000m2 at the same periods as above.
