General dosage of fertigation: 20 – 30 L / ha

General dosage of foliage applications: 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water

Olive:

Foliage applications

1st application with 2 L / 1000 L of water at the start of the new vegetation.

2nd application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water at the start of flowering (‘yellow flower’ stage).

In cases where heavy fruits and fruits occur, a 3rd application with 3 L / 1000 L of water is followed.

Peaches – almonds – cherries:

Foliage applications

1st Application with 1 – 2 L / 1000 L immediately after the fruiting and has just formed enough foliage.

2nd application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water in the autumn before leafing starts.

Apples – pears:

Foliage applications

1st application with 1 – 2 L / 1000 L of water at the start of the new vegetation.

Fertigation

2 – 3 L / ha during the formation of the first inflorescence and repetitions during each cross appearance with the same dosage if symptoms of boron or zinc deficiency occur.

Foliage applications

1st application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water when forming the first inflorescence and repetitions during successive flowering with the same dosage if boron symptoms occur.

Leafy vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli):

Fertigation

1st Application with 2 L / ha, at the 4-6 actual sheet formation stage.

2nd Application with 2 – 3 L / ha, before the ‘heart’ of the vegetables.

Foliage applications

1st application as soon as the plants get enough foliage to absorb the product with 2 L / 1000 L of water.

2nd Application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water, before the ‘heart’ of the vegetables are formed.

Beets:

Foliage applications

1st application to the 6-8 sheet stage with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water.

2nd application 15-20 days later, with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water.

 

DESCRIPTION

Chelix B/Zn is a special liquid fertiliser consisting of organic boron and chelated EDTA zinc. Boron and zinc are elements that are necessary for the formation of flowers and their fertilisation as well as for cell division. In addition, boron is essential in certain crops to prevent common anomalies (apples, black heart on cauliflower, olive deformation, etc.).

The special composition of Chelix B/Zn helps with this:

  • Better flowering and better fruit set
  • In the reduction of fruit drop
  • The production of tryptophan, a precursor of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA)
  • The increase in photosynthetic activity
